Media By Pope is a content production studio offering cinematic video, social content, photography, and event coverage services. We also sell digital audio packs through this website and provide a member portal for clients to access delivered content.
When you purchase an audio pack from Media By Pope, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the audio files, subject to the following:

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time — changes do not affect completed purchases.
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on audio packs once the member code and download access have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it.
After purchase or upon completion of a client shoot, you will receive a unique member access code via email. This code is for your personal use only — do not share it. We reserve the right to deactivate codes that are shared or misused. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your code secure.
Booking inquiries submitted through the website are requests, not confirmed appointments. Shoots are confirmed only after both parties agree on scope, pricing, date, and a deposit is received (if applicable). Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
All content on this website — including but not limited to video, photography, audio, graphics, text, and design — is owned by Media By Pope or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission, except as explicitly granted through a purchased license (see Section 2).
For client shoots: unless otherwise agreed in writing, Media By Pope retains the right to use footage, photos, and audio from shoots for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes.

We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media By Pope and its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, purchase of products, or engagement of services — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
